Chalie Brown Christmas Trees
When we got home with our trees and started putting lights on them we realized that they were really skinny, not full at all. It is hard to tell in the forest because you are looking at it and thinking it is full on the bottom but when you cut it to fit in your house, this is what you discover. We had three options, to go back to WY for round 2, use the fake one we have in the garage or to make due. We decided to make due. We have one strand of lights per tree wrapped around the center and that is all. They turned out pretty good for what we had to work with. They are pretty unique. Who wants a full tree anyways? These pictures don't do it justice, they really are kind of cute.

We decided to cut down our own tree about 8 years ago. However, we had the exact opposite problem. Ours was so full and heavy that it fell over three times.
I love your trees!!! Charlie Brown trees are the best and for sure will be remembered. I did not realize that your boys B-Days were so close! Happy Birthday to both of them!!
