Squid head?

I was jumping on the trampoline today with Noah and he was doing some kind of trick and landed on his back. He stood up and said "I broke my ankle and my squid head." I have no idea what a squid head is. I seriously would like to spend one day in Noah's head. If anyone knows what a squid head is, please enlighten me!
